Kaplan–Meier survival curves evaluate the recurrence-free survival (RFS) in patients with completely resected PSC (n = 91) stratified according to treatment modality. The difference in RFS rates was significant between the group of patients with surgery and the group of patients with postoperative chemotherapy (P = 0.009) but not with postoperative chemotherapy and targeted therapy (P = 0.229), neither between the group of patients with postoperative chemotherapy and the group of patients with postoperative chemotherapy and targeted therapy (P = 0.295)
